Graphene material

Graphene (GRAPHENE) is a honeycomb planar film formed by carbon atoms in the SP2 hybrid manner. It is a quasi-two-dimensional material with a thickness of only one atomic layer, so it is also called single atomic layer graphite. It is a new type of nanomaterial with the thinnest, the strongest, and the strongest electrical and thermal conductivity.

Graphene is one of the most disruptive new materials in this century, and it will be the "king of new materials" that will completely change the 21st century.

Professor Andre Geim and Dr Konstantin Novoselov of the University of Manchester, UK, won the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics for their successful single-layer graphene.

What is monolayer graphene?

The graphite that we can see in our daily life, one millimeter of raw graphite contains roughly 3 million layers of graphene, and the pencil is lightly scratched on the paper, and the traces left are several layers of graphene. As the king of new materials, it is actively researched and applied in various industries such as physics, materials science, electronic information, computer, aerospace, and daily necessities.
